Parisian Hospitality Group Signs New Flatiron Lease
Hospitality operator Compagnie des Vins Surnaturels has signed a new lease at 6 West 24th Street in the Flatiron neighborhood. The lease includes a 3,600-square-foot street-level restaurant space for the group’s new concept, as well as an 1,800-square-foot office space on the second floor.
The historic building, dating back to the 1800s, was the headquarters for the United Charities of New York until the early 1900s. It then became the home of several commercial tenants, including a fur company, a tobacco company, and a printing business. In the 1970s, the building was converted to a mixed-use asset, including a street-level restaurant space, retail on the ground and lower levels, and offices on the upper levels.
Darrell Rubens of Newmark represented the landlord in the lease transaction. The tenant was represented by Amie Claps of Easy Street Properties.
