Paris Baguette Eyes Q4 Opening for Rancho Bernardo Café

Paris Baguette, a neighborhood bakery café concept with 4,000 cafés worldwide, will soon expand to San Diego. Jimmy Wu, who is leading the brand’s expansion in California, secured real estate at 11962 Bernardo Plaza Dr. in Rancho Bernardo. Opening is slated for the fourth quarter of 2024.

The San Diego deal will bring the total number of bakery cafés within California to 60. The agreement was signed by Wu, a California resident who is pioneering the additional growth.

“This location is an excellent location to best serve the San Diego neighborhood, and we are looking forward to opening Paris Baguette in San Diego in the near future,” said Wu.

The brand’s 3.0 prototype has played a crucial role in driving interest from both guests and prospective franchisees. Like all new openings, the San Diego bakery café will be following the updated model, which encompasses the furniture, flooring and ceilings, colors and lighting.
