Parc 410 Complex Trades Hands

Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) completed the sale of Parc 410, a 1980-built multifamily community along Highway 410 in San Antonio featuring two pools, a business center and a dog park.

Dougherty Mortgage LLC secured a $16.5 million loan for the 344-unit property. The loan was arranged through a partnership with Old Capital Lending, on behalf of the borrower, 5827 Loop 410 LLC.

IPA’s Will Balthrope and Jordan Featherston represented the seller and procured the buyer.
