Paramount Realty Buys NJ Shopping Center for $9M 

Paramount Realty has purchased Bey Lea Plaza, a multi-tenant shopping center in Toms River, New Jersey, for $8.75 million from Marx Realty. 

Located at 1030 Hooper Ave, the plaza encompasses 79,362 square feet and includes tenants such as PetSmart, Vitamin Shoppe, Wells Fargo, and more. The buyer intends to redevelop and reposition the site in collaboration with local authorities, architects, and engineers. RIPCO’s Steven Winters and Mike Horne arranged the deal.
