Paragon Opens First-Ever Target in Westchester’s CBD

Paragon Commercial Group, LLC, completed the redevelopment of a 25,400-square-foot former Office Depot facility in Westchester. The renovated property on Sepulveda Boulevard features a new Target store.

The urban-focused, smaller format store is set to open later this month and will be the first Target in Westchester’s CBD.

Paragon’s Mark Harrigan says, “The transformation of this property into a new Target will offer enhanced amenities to residents and fill a void among the 129 other properties in the business district. We are bullish on downtown Westchester and grateful for the warm welcome Target has received.”

Target first started testing these new store formats in 2012 and today the retailer has nearly 100 small-format stores across the country. The new Westchester location will include grocery, pharmacy, home, apparel, beauty and electronic selections which will be specifically curated and merchandised for the local community.
