Paragon Healthcare Takes Down 67K SF in Apex Building

Paragon Healthcare inked a deal for 67,000 square feet in the Apex Building in Plano, TX. The tenant, which provides infusible therapies, will relocate 275 employees from its current Dallas office, with plans to create more than 75 more positions by 2021.

Brad Struck SIOR, Darren Woodson and Roy Reis of esrp represented the tenant. Nathan Durham and Duane Henley with Transwestern represented Champion Partners, which owns the 186,224-square-foot property at 3033 W. Bush Turnpike. Susan Arledge with esrp handled incentive negotiations with the city of Plano.

“This new facility will enable us to substantially expand the company’s offerings, as we move into our next stage of growth and expand our national footprint,” said Paragon Healthcare’s Joe Brayton.
