Paradise Valley Shopping Center Trades Hands

Tierra Partners picked up Paradise Valley Marketplace for $45 million. The plaza is home to Trader Joe’s, OHSO Brewery and other retail, beauty, fitness and food spots. Ryan Schubert and Michael Hackett of CBRE represented the seller, Kite Realty Group Trust (NYSE: KRG).
