Paradigm Metals Announces Hutto Relocation

Paradigm Metals, currently headquartered in Pflugerville, TX, announced its plans to relocate operations to a 100,000-square-foot, build-to-suit facility at Hutto, TX’s Innovation Business Park. The technology manufacturer is planning to bring between 250-275 employees – at the minimum – to the new building, which will be east of SH 130. By 2021, the company plans to grow its employee base to 400.

Paradigm Metals is the first tenant announced at the $100-million, 72-acre Innovation Business Park, which is being developed by Titan Development and the city of Hutto. The new facility will be the second to go north at the site, and the first build to suit. Construction is underway on the first building, a 100,000-square-foot speculative project. Buildout for the project’s first phase will total 800,000 square feet.
