Paper Mill Turned Multifamily Trades in Richmond

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer has finalized the sale of The Mill at Manchester Lofts located at 815 Perry St. in Richmond, VA. Putnam Mill, LLC acquired the 70-unit apartment community from Fulton Street Partners for $14,800,000 as an investment.

Jenny Stoner and John Pritzlaff of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer represented Putnam Mill, LLC. The purchaser intends to pursue a value-add strategy after closing, including interior and overall renovations.

The Mill at Manchester Lofts, a former paper mill and warehouse, consists of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom loft-style apartments.
