JLL has helped to complete the sale of a 28 million dollar retail center that is tenant anchored by a Publix

Pantry Express Closes the Door on $28M Buy of Publix-Anchored Retail Center

JLL has completed the $28.2-million sale of and arranged $17.5 million in acquisition financing for The Shoppes at Hanfield Village, a 90,996-square-foot, Publix-anchored retail center in the suburban Charlotte community of Indian Trail, NC.

A JLL team of Thomas Kolarczyk, Ryan Eklund, Bill Moylan, Daniel Naughton and Jordan Lex facilitated the transaction on behalf of the seller, KGI Properties and Arista LLC, and procured the buyer, Pantry Express.

In addition, Taylor Allison and John Gavigan with JLL placed a 10-year, fixed-rate, non-recourse acquisition loan with Grant Street Funding on behalf of the new owner

The Shoppes at Hanfield Village was constructed in 2017 and is situated on 18.8 acres. It is home to tenants SuperCuts, Geico, Jets Pizza, Party Nails, Poppyseed Bagels, Sun Valley Sushi, East Coast Wings, We’re Dancing and Sun Valley Noodles in addition to Publix.
