Panattoni Trades Multi-Tenant Sacramento Industrial

Panattoni Development Company has sold 3950 Duckhorn Dr. within Natomas Logistics Center located in Sacramento. Terms of the sale weren’t disclosed.

The buyer was led by Eiger Capital, a boutique private capital real estate firm investing in core and value-added strategies throughout the Western U.S. The seller was represented by CBRE National Partners’ Rebecca Perlmutter. The leasing brokers on the property were Todd Sanfilippo and Zac Sweet of CBRE.

3950 Duckhorn Dr. is a fully-leased multi-tenant industrial building totaling 122,000 square feet with a 32’ clear height. Current tenants include Home Depot, SunRun, and Jillamy. Recognized as Industrial Property of the Year in 2023 by the Sacramento Business Journal, the project was specifically recognized for innovation in design.
