
Panattoni Lands First Tenant at Orange County Commerce Center
Panattoni Development Company, Inc. and Principal Real Estate Investors signed a 10-year, nearly 70,000-square-foot lease with an unnamed roofing distributor at Orange County Commerce Center in Placentia, CA The deal at the currently-under-construction industrial building is valued at $8.65 million.
The four-building, 232,354 square-foot Class A industrial development project is the only industrial development project under construction in the severely supply-constrained North Orange County submarket, notes Panattoni’s Jacob LeBlanc.
The property is located at 721 S. Van Buren Street, and is expected to be completed by early 2019. The additional three buildings that comprise the Orange County Commerce Center are located at 711 S. Van Buren St. in Placentia, and 1365 & 1367 S. Van Buren St. in Anaheim.
Mohr Partners’ Curtis Krusie and John van Rossem represented the tenant. Daum’s Chris Migliori and Paul Gingrich advised the landlord.
