Panattoni Development Snags 8 Acres, Plans 160K-SF DC

Panattoni Development Co. struck a deal with Centurion American Development Group to acquire eight acres in Farmers Branch, TX, a northwest suburb of Dallas. The new owner is planning to develop a 159,405-square-foot, speculative distribution center on the acreage at 1701 Valley View Lane. The facility is expected to be completed by Q2 2020.

Biel Partners Commercial Real Estate represented the Irvine, CA-based Panattoni in the land transaction. According to Biel Partners’ Alex Perry, the infill site was one of the few remaining, not just in Farmers Branch specifically, but in North Texas, in general.

“This transaction was an excellent one for Panattoni, and will provide an ideal location for supply chain and warehouse tenants, when the facility delivers,” he added.
