Panattoni Development Acquires 29 Acres in Aurora

Darwin Realty/CORFAC International arranged the sale of 29 acres of land in Aurora, IL to Panattoni Development. Panattoni will be breaking ground this month for the development of what Panattoni says is a state-of-the-art 356,462 square foot distribution facility. The new building will feature 36’ clear ceilings, 34 loading docks, 139 trailer positions, and 290 car parking spaces. 

Located on Sullivan Road, the development provides industrial users with immediate access to I-88 via the full interchange at Orchard Road. Panattoni will break ground in the spring and deliver the building in the third or fourth quarter of 2022.

The sale was arranged by Darwin Vice President Nick Krejci and Principal Noel S. Liston, who represented Panattoni in the purchase of the 29-acre site.  Darwin has been retained to market this property for Panattoni, and Krejci, Liston, and Darwin Vice President Brendan J. Sheahan will lead the leasing efforts.
