Panattoni Begins Construction on 816K-SF Park 249

Panattoni and capital partner MetLife began construction on Park 249, an 816,920-square-foot, speculative industrial project on Houston’s northwest side. The development, at SH 249 and Beltway 8 will consist of four build-to-suit facilities, as part of a 64-acre, master-planned, deed-restricted corporate park. The project is slated for completion in Q1 2020.

Beau Kaleel and Stephen Schneidau with Cushman & Wakefield have been tapped to lease the project. The site offers dock-high, cross-dock and front-load distribution space; all buildings will also have a 180-foot truck court for trailer parking.

“The northwest submarket has historically demonstrated its high level of desirability and it continues to do,” said Todd King with Panattoni. “We are very excited about this opportunity and look forward to its timely completion.”
