Palo Duro Lands Leasing Deal for 2.35M-SF Houston-Area Developments
Palo Duro Commercial Partners (PDC) has been awarded the retail brokerage and advisory services for the Town Center and Marketplace districts of The Signorelli Company’s Valley Ranch master-planned community in New Caney, TX. PDC will lease more than 1.5 million square feet of existing retail space at Town Center and an additional 850,000 square feet of planned development in the new Marketplace district.
Located near The Woodlands and Kingwood at the intersection of I-69 and Grand Parkway (99), Valley Ranch Town Center attracts 11 million visitors annually. In addition to the retail space, the Valley Ranch community features more than 2,000 single-family and multifamily homes, with additional sections under development.
Valley Ranch Marketplace is the newest district under development in the Valley Ranch community. Its 57 acres will house 850,000 square feet of retail development. The Marketplace will feature a mix of national and regional retailers, fitness centers, and other specialty uses.
