Palmer’s The Paseos 800-Unit MF Dev Approved in Ontario

G.H. Palmer’s Founder Geoffrey Palmer will be speaking at Connect Apartments on September 15 in Los Angeles. See all speakers, agenda and register here.

Beverly Hills, CA-based G.H. Palmer Associates received approval to develop The Paseos at Ontario, CA, an 800-unit residential project. The 21.6-acre site is next to the recently opened 1.1-million-square-foot QVC West Coast distribution center.

The first phase of construction of roughly 400 apartments is slated to commence by early next year. The Paseos will consist of 80 one-bedroom units, 600 two-bedroom units, and 120 three-bedroom units. It will be the first project in the city with full parking, including a combination of 1,150 spaces of subterranean parking and 484 surface spaces.

The addition of apartments aligns with the city’s goal of balancing jobs with places for employees to live. The Paseos will provide housing within walking distance of the the nearly 1,000 employees QVC plans to hire.
