Palmer Development Launches Construction on the 234K-SF MXU Edge

Palmer Development Group of Scottsdale, AZ and New York-based Dominion Management Co. broke ground on The Edge, a mixed-use project situated at 90th Street and Loop 101 in Scottsdale, AZ. Upon buildout, the development will have office and retail space, located at the northern gateway of the Loop 101 Corridor.

The 15-acre parcel will hold a four-story, 212,000-square-foot Class A office building, scheduled for completion by March 2021. Also available will be 22,000 square feet of retail in-line shop space and two pad locations. Multiple retailers have committed to the space, including Black Rock Coffee, Café Rio and Beauty Bar. Initial occupancy is planned for December 2020.

John Bonnell, Brett Abramson, Chris Latvaaho and Chris Beall with JLL are handling office leasing. Cushman & Wakefield’s Brent Mallonee and Shane Carter are handling the retail side. Butler Design Group is the architect, and Haydon Construction is the general contractor.
