Palmeiro Tract in TX to Add Apartments

The Grapevine, TX city council has approved the addition of a multifamily project to its 185-acre Palmeiro Tract. Dallas-based JLB Realty will be developing the 454-unit property, known as Grapevine Bluffs.

Palmeiro Tract is owned by the city of Grapevine, which is located in suburban Dallas-Fort Worth. The land, north of Grapevine Mills Mall on SH 121, had been acquired in late 2013 for $29.5 million. The land was once owned by Texas Rangers baseball player Rafael Palmeiro.
