Palm Beach Medical Office Property Trades for $6M

Colliers has arranged the $6.3 million sale of a medical office building located at 1301 N Congress Ave. in Palm Beach County.

Located in Boynton Beach, the 40,980-square-foot property offers prominent visibility and access from Congress Avenue, providing tenants the option to walk to a number of restaurants, retail stores and other amenities. The asset is also adjacent to the Boynton Beach Mall, which is set to be redeveloped. The proposed plan would cut nearly 40 percent of the mall’s retail space to build housing, hotel rooms and other uses.

Mark Rubin and Bastian Laggerbauer of Colliers represented the buyer, Triple Double Real Estate, in the transaction. The seller, TP Eleven LLC, was represented by David Duckworth of Avison Young.
