Palm Beach Gardens Office Building Trades for $15M

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the $15 million sale of 3601 PGA Blvd., a 46,334-square-foot boutique office building in Palm Beach Gardens.

Anthony Librizzi of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, MB Properties, in the transaction. The buyer was Diagnostic Centers of America.

The property features floor-to-ceiling windows, high ceilings, ample parking and frontage on PGA Boulevard within walking distance to downtown and The Gardens mall. Diagnostic Centers of America will occupy 10,000 square feet on the ground floor for its eighth location in Palm Beach county, after which the property will be fully leased. Additional tenants include Fidelity Investments, United Technologies and Raymond James.
