Palistar Capital Expands Rockefeller Center Presence

Tishman Speyer said Thursday that private equity and structured investments firm Palistar Capital has signed a lease for 13,800 square feet at 45 Rockefeller Plaza, expanding from 8,000 square feet at 600 Fifth Ave. The firm, which has been headquartered at Rockefeller Center since 2019, follows several financial services firms in lease renewals and expansions in the building over the past several months.

“This renewal underscores the enduring appeal of Rockefeller Center as a premier destination for world-class companies,” said EB Kelly, senior managing director at Tishman Speyer and head of Rockefeller Center. “We are proud that Palistar Capital continues to recognize the long-term value in being part of our dynamic campus, and we look forward to supporting their continued success.”

In renewing its lease, Palistar Capital was represented by Silvio Petriello and Tim Freydberg of CBRE. Tishman Speyer was represented in-house by Blythe Kinsler, Samantha Augarten and Ben Epstein.
