Newport Beach, CA’s Palisades Tennis Club (Palisades), has committed to a new, 10-year lease agreement with Fluter Properties, owner of the clubhouse facility and grounds.

Prior to this, Palisades renewed its tennis court lease with the Hyatt Regency Newport Beach in a reciprocal relationship whereby Club members enjoy access to the Hyatt’s three swimming pools, workout facilities and discounts at its restaurants, and Hyatt guests can make use of the Club’s tennis courts.

Palisades will continue its operations and managed club teams from 15 professional tennis courts and a clubhouse on a 4.2-acre site along the Newport Beach Back Bay.  Palisades has the distinction of having hosted both the Davis Cup and World Team Tennis professional matches.

According to Club owner Eric Davidson, following the lease, “We plan on making some improvements and refurbishments to our clubhouse facility.”
