PAG Bakes Up New Dealership at Former Nabisco Plant
New Orleans-based Premier Automotive Group acquired a 4-acre site in Buena Park, CA for $3.7 million. The group plans to develop a new Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram auto dealership.
The parcel is part of a larger 14.5-acre mixed-use development that includes a hotel and a residential community. The site once housed a Nabisco plant that was demolished in 2006, and offers high visibility off the 5 freeway at Artesia Blvd.
Zoning and plans for the new state-of-the-art, full-service dealership were approved prior to the close of escrow, and entitlements are currently in process. Construction is anticipated to begin by Q1 2017, with completion expected roughly a year after ground-breaking.
Avison Young’s Jodi V. Meade represented the buyer. The seller, City Ventures, was self-represented.
