PacWest Bank Leases in Prestigious Wilshire Grand Center
Pacific Western Bank, a wholly owned subsidiary of PacWest Bancorp, has signed a long-term lease at the Wilshire Grand Center in downtown Los Angeles, near the corner of Wilshire Boulevard and Figueroa Street.
The Wilshire Grand Center is anchored with the 900-room Intercontinental Hotel, which has featured in Amazon’s crime drama “Bosch.” [end caution]
This new lease – announced by Cushman & Wakefield – includes 8,010 square feet of office space on the 26th floor, along with 3,500 square feet. PWB’s lease also leaves only two floors vacant in the building, as of this writing.
In a city known for “prestige projects” the Wilshire Grand Center (and its tenants) meets that billing:
- Designed by A.C. Martin & Associates as a mixed-use, amenity rich, workplace for employees
- An architectural icon on the Los Angeles skyline
- Houses the largest meeting room and ballroom complex in Los Angeles
- Reaching to 1,100 feet, the Wilshire Grand Center is the tallest building in the Western U.S.
