Package Free Moves Warehousing Space to Industry City
Package Free, a collective of sustainable consumer goods products, has relocated its direct-to-consumer, zero-waste warehousing space to Industry City in Sunset Park, Brooklyn.
The company offers sustainable versions of everyday essentials. It has previously occupied brick-and-mortar pop-up shops in Williamsburg, Brooklyn and Chelsea Market in Manhattan, and will shift focus to expand its e-commerce business at Industry City.
“When Package Free initially approached us, it was strategically shifting gears to ramp up e-commerce and required loading access for daily shipments, high ceilings and open floorplates for fulfillment, and easy access to the BQE,” said Kathe Kramer Chase, director of leasing for Industry City. “We were able to deliver on all three while also offering its employees on-site amenities not typically available at industrial properties
Industry City was represented internally by Matthew Stewart. Package Free was represented by Colliers’ Eric Ferriello and Zachary Cilman.
