Even though Pacifica Hotels has one of its co headquarters locations in Irvine, the firm currently doesn’t operate any in Orange County. Company officials are looking to change that.

It currently operates 25 boutique facilities up the cost from San Diego to San Francisco. Among its current holdings are Half Moon Bay Lodge, The Redondo Beach Hotel and Marina del Rey Hotel, where it recently undertook a $25 million renovation. It used to own the Laguna Cliffs Inn, which it sold a few years ago.

Annual revenues usually come in at about $160 million, but they are expected to jump to $180 million this year with an increase in state tourism.
