Pacific Workplaces Signs 10-Year Renewal in Pleasant Hill

Pacific Workplaces, the San Francisco-based flexible office space provider with 18 locations, has renewed its 14,090-square-foot lease for 10 years at 3478 Buskirk Ave. located within Hookston Square Office Park in Pleasant Hill. Veracity Commercial Partners’ Ian Osborne and Erik Sorenson represented the tenant, while Newmark’s Curtis Berrien and Breck Lutz represented the landlord.

The space currently features 51 furnished private offices, fully equipped meeting rooms, gig internet, virtual offices, and events that foster opportunities for members to connect.

“To solidify its partnership with Pacific Workplaces, the landlord agreed on a substantial tenant improvement allowance that will allow us to completely refresh our center and bring it up to snuff and ready for the second quarter of the 21st century,” said Stephanie Bricker, managing director in charge of the East Bay for Pacific Workplaces. “We are thankful for their trust and renewed vows for another 10 years.”
