Pacific Retail Capital Moves HQ to Century City

Real estate investment and management firm Pacific Retail Capital Partners (PRCP) is relocating its corporate headquarters from El Segundo, CA and launching an Architectural Design Studio in the Century City district of Los Angeles. In addition, PRCP has hired Annmarie Plenge, a former Gensler Principal, to oversee the new studio.

The Architectural Design Studio is housed in PRCP’s new corporate HQ at 2029 Century Park East, which features a modern layout and dedicated communal spaces where employees can gather and work collaboratively. “Adding in-house architectural capabilities reflects the inflection point we’ve reached in our growth where these services are now essential to our efforts to redefine the future of retail real estate,” said PRCP COO Donna Blair.

“Century City is illustrative of the kind of workplace employees today expect to be a part of,” added Blair. “We anticipate our new home will act as a magnet for attracting top talent from all over the country.”
