Pacific Program Management Acquired by Cresa

Cresa has purchased Pacific Program Management (PPM), a Seattle-based project management firm that focuses on workplace consulting, transition and relocation, portfolio management, and client delivery.

The deal, for an unspecified price, aims to strengthen Cresa’s project management team, which complements the company’s workplace strategy and transaction management units. Cresa will add 180 professionals from PPM to its project management group, which will grow the unit to more than 280 operating in 35 markets in North America.

PPM CEO Clark Lindsay will assume the role of Managing Principal and President of Project Management at Cresa, while PPM President and COO Mark Wanic, Vice President West National Accounts Christy McFall, and Vice President East National Accounts Sandra Yencho, will assume key leadership positions at Cresa.

“Cresa is like us. With its unique occupier-only focus, and commitment to personalized solutions, independence of thought and resourcefulness, this is a perfect fit for us,” said Lindsay.
