Pacific PPE Locks in Long-Term Lease in Fontana

A long-term 84,364-square-foot lease at 7580 Cherry Ave. in Fontana was recently signed by tenant, Pacific PPE Corporation. The owner, Dermody Properties, acquired the property in 2020.

Completed in 2008, the building is a class-A warehouse/distribution facility featuring 30-foot clear height, ESFR sprinkler system, 18 dock-high doors, two drive-in doors and a 179-foot concrete truck court. The building is in a distribution corridor less than two miles east of Interstate 15, south of State Route 210 and north of Interstate 10.

Dermody was represented by Cushman & Wakefield. Vivian Wang with NAI Capital Commercial’s Industrial Services Group in Ontario negotiated the lease on behalf of the tenant.

“The competition for class-A warehouse/distribution space remains intense and vacancy continues to be low,” says Wang. “This property is in a strategic location and provides Pacific PPE Corporation with an efficient warehouse and distribution center for its business operations.”
