P.F. Chang’s Locks in Space at Galleria Park

A long-term retail lease has been inked at Galleria Park with P.F. Chang’s China Bistro. The restaurant is relocating from its location in Highland Village to occupy 6,135 square feet at 5251 Westheimer Rd. in Houston.

Transwestern Real Estate Services’ retail vice president Loch Cook and Nick Hernandez negotiated the lease on behalf of landlord TR Galleria Place Corp.

“As the vaccine rolling-out progresses, P.F. Chang’s and other restaurants are positioning for a strong comeback,” said Cook. “P.F. Chang’s has been a popular dining destination since it opened its first restaurant in Houston 24 years ago, and we are proud to lead off retail leasing at Galleria Park with this quality tenant. The move provides an opportunity for exciting new interior design and a covered patio overlooking the Grand Lawn.”

The one-acre Grand Lawn is a WiFi-enabled greenspace that was added to the Galleria Park corporate campus as part of a $15 million renovation program in 2018. Earlier this month, Transwestern was awarded the 392,000-square-foot leasing assignment for Galleria Park’s two class-A office buildings.

Jack Breard of Segovia Partners provided tenant representation services on behalf of P.F. Chang’s China Bistro.
