Oxbow Greenlit for Tobin Hill Apartments, Office Space
A San Antonio planning board has given the go-ahead for an office-and-residential project in Tobin Hill. Oxbow hopes to build 86 apartments and 140,000 square feet of office space at 111 Isleta.
The San Antonio Business Journal reports that a third component will be the construction of 10 planned retail buildings on Pearl’s campus.
Oxbow expects to break ground on the project by the end of 2026 and bring Isleta online in either 2028 or 2029.
Oxbow recently delivered the Coopers Row apartments, and is working on the Mira apartment project and Perlen House hotel. Outside of Pearl and Tobin Hill, the company is in the early stages of mixed-use developments in Southtown and New Braunfels.
Oxbow has been working in the Pearl historic district for over twenty years. The company repositioned the Pearl brewery into a mixed use project.
