CBRE represented cross-border logistics company ATI in acquiring an industrial facility in San Diego's Otay Mesa neighborhood

Owner-Occupier Nabs Otay Mesa Industrial

CBRE facilitated the sale of a 36,475-square-foot industrial property at 1207 Air Wing Rd. in San Diego’s Otay Mesa neighborhood for $9.4 million. The firm’s Ramin Salehi, John Smith and Joe Smith represented buyer ATI, a cross-border logistics company. Lee & Associates’ Linda Greenberg and Michael Giuliano represented seller RCJ Properties LLC.

“This purchase is the biggest owner-occupier purchase of the year in the market so far,” said Salehi. “The property provides ATI with a location to transport goods easily across the Cali Baja Region.”

ATI will occupy the building just off State Route 905 and 125 with convenient access to both the Otay Mesa Port of Entry and the future secondary Port of Entry in Otay Mesa. The building was built in 2005 and has a paved and secured yard for ample trailer storage and efficient transportation loading.
