Overlook at St. Gabriel’s in Brighton Reaches 75% Leased

The Overlook at St. Gabriel’s, the redevelopment of a historic church and monastery in Brighton, has officially leased up 75% of all unit offerings.

The residential community is located at 161-185 Washington Street and includes four rental buildings, all of which are currently open for immediate move-ins. The four residential buildings, Overlook Landmark, Overlook East, Overlook North, and Overlook West, offer 555 modern residences and are anchored by the restored St. Gabriel’s Church, now called Maker Hall. Amenities include a resort-style infinity pool, a fitness center, a coffee bar and sky lounge.

The property was developed by Cabot, Cabot & Forbes, along with Blue Vista Capital Management and PeakMade Real Estate.
