Overland Park Office Assets Trade for $38M
Park Renaissance I and II, two seven-story, Class A office assets totaling 294,572 square feet in the Kansas City submarket of Overland Park, KS, have sold for $37.8 million. The buyer was Price Brothers, while the seller was an affiliate of CA Office and Vanderbilt Partners.
The recently-renovated properties are located at 7007 and 7015 College Blvd. near high-end shopping centers, restaurants and hotels, as well as executive housing and top schools. The property connects directly to Interstate 435, providing access to the greater Overland Park area and downtown Kansas City. The 97% leased buildings are home to a diverse tenant base, including Design Resources, Inc., Marsh & McLennan, and BNC National Bank.
HFF’s Mark Katz, Peter Merrion and Sean Fogarty represented the seller and procured the buyer.
