Over 25K-SF Office Leases Signed at The Paramount Building in Times Square 

Over 25,000 square feet of office leases have been signed at the Paramount Building in New York. The leasing activity includes six transactions with tenants such as Flexibility Capital, Levine Plotkin & Menin, Ballad of Mulan, Miller Korzenik Sommers Rayman, Crossroads Live, and Salmen Navarro Law.  

The Paramount Building, located at 1501 Broadway, offers a combination of historic and modern aesthetics and has recently undergone a $50 million capital improvement project.  

Newmark’s Stephen Gordon, Matthew Leon, and Nathan Kropp represented building ownership, Paramount Leasehold.
