RAINS, the international outerwear lifestyle brand, has secured a 700-square-foot retail lease for its flagship location at 575 Madison Avenue in Midtown.  

The property, owned by Steinberg & Pokoik Management Corp., is situated at the bustling intersection of 57th Street and Madison Avenue. RAINS will occupy prime ground floor retail space with a newly built double-height storefront.  

The lease negotiations were facilitated by CBRE’s Matt Chmielecki and Preston Cannon, who represented the building ownership. The asking rent was $700 per sq. ft. The property already houses other major retailers, including Breitling, Vacheron Constantin, Oliver Peoples, and Tumi.
