Outdoor Venue Will Make TX Debut at Allen MPC

Allen-based developer JaRyCo, an Allen-based developer, has secured The Hub, a family-friendly food and beverage anchored entertainment venue, for its master-planned community The Farm in Allen. It will be the first Texas location for The Hub, which opened near Seaside, FL in 2015 and has since become a destination location in the Florida panhandle.

“The Hub perfectly aligns with our mission to create a master-planned, walkable community oriented around families,” said Bruce Heller, president of JaRyCo. “As developers and operators, The Hub ensures its event spaces are activated daily. Plus, the open-air setup is perfect for today’s circumstances, allowing The Farm in Allen’s tenants and patrons to safely unwind in their own backyard.”

The Hub will occupy 2.67 acres at the center of the 135-acre mixed-use development, directly adjacent to The Farm’s West Lake Park. JaRyCo and The Hub expect to complete construction in 2022.
