Out-of-State LLC Picks Up St. Louis Retail

Marcus & Millichap arranged the sale of Tenholder Plaza, a 44,339-square foot retail property located in St. Louis. Financial terms of the transaction weren’t disclosed.

Adam O’Sullivan, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Indianapolis office, marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The out-of-state buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by O’Sullivan. Bradley Barham, broker, assisted in closing this transaction.

Tenholder Plaza is located at 122-144 S County Centerway in St. Louis, MO. At the time of the sale, the center was 88% occupied with a mix of national, regional, and local tenants. Positioned in one of St. Louis’ densest retail corridors of South County, Tenholder Plaza offers good visibility along Lemay Ferry Road and I-255.
