Otay II Commerce Center Reaches Tilt-Up Phase
Cabot Properties’ Otay II Commerce Center, a two-building industrial center totaling 151,423 square feet in San Diego’s Otay Mesa area, has reached the concrete wall panel tilt-up construction milestone. Construction is slated for completion in fall 2021.
Colliers’ Mark Lewkowitz, Chris Holder and Will Holder are handling leasing efforts for Otay II Commerce Center with several opportunities now available.
“Cabot Properties is set to deliver a high-quality industrial park in the Otay Mesa area that will be highly attractive to prospective tenants,” said Lewkowitz. “While most industrial developments have targeted big-box distribution users, Cabot Properties designed these buildings to accommodate Otay Mesa tenants’ demands for a variety of opportunities, with the ability to divide down to spaces as small as 21,000 square feet.”
Otay II Commerce Center’s Building A is 72,028 square feet and Building B is 79,395 square feet. The buildings are located at in East Otay Mesa on Paseo del la Fuente, immediately adjacent to the new SR-11 Border Crossing in San Diego.
