OSW Buys Snohomish Manufacturing Facility for $24.5M

Kidder Mathews Executive VP’s Andy Miller and Zach Vail-Spinosa have represented Denoma Maltby Properties, LLC, the seller in the $24.5 million off-market transaction of a 10-acre industrial property in Snohomish, WA. The buyer was OSW Equipment and Repair.

The property is located at 20812 Broadway Ave. in a Snohomish industrial area, with easy access to Highway 522. It includes a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility with robotics and independent craneways with building infrastructure, as well as an oversized lot.

The building’s location allows easy connectivity to Downtown Seattle, the Port of Seattle and SeaTac International Airport, all approximately 30 minutes away, while the Port of Tacoma is about a 60-minute drive.
