Orlando’s Sanford Logistics Center Trades for $14M

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the $14.1 million sale of the Sanford Logistics Center, a 113,149-square-foot distribution center in Orlando.

Located at 2152 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., the facility is within the Lake Mary/Sanford submarket and offers accessibility to State Route 417 with 600 square feet of linear frontage. The multi-tenant distribution facility was delivered in April 2020 and features tilt wall construction, 32-foot minimum clear heights, ESFR fire protection and an expandable 130-foot truck court with a 60-foot concrete apron.

Mike Davis, Rick Colon, Rick Brugge, Dominic Montazemi, Zachary Eicholtz and Ryan Jenkins of Cushman & Wakefield brokered the sale on behalf of BlueScope Properties, a Kansas City-based real estate development company. The buyer was Dalfen Industrial.
