Orlando Self-Storage Facility Trades for $7M

Metro Storage LLC has acquired a two-story, 641-unit self-storage facility in Orlando. The sales price was reported as $7.5 million. Volta Global was the seller.

Located at 7500 W. Colonial Dr., the property opened in February 2018 and consists of 62,607 rentable square feet. The facility features climate-controlled, drive up and interior units, as well as RV and boat parking.

The acquisition is the firm’s second self-storage facility in Orlando and the 24th in Florida. Metro Storage is a privately-owned, international self-storage company specializing in facilities in the USA, Brazil, and Central America.
