Orlando Retail Center Trades for $13M

LandQwest has arranged the $13.2 million sale of Parkwood Plaza, a 141,617-square-foot retail property in Orlando.

Located at 3191 W. Colonial Drive, the center is anchored by Lotte Plaza Market, which includes a number of popular food court destinations like Seoul Soon Tofu, Izziban Katsu, Pho 54, Taglish Filipino American Fare and International Food World. Additional tenants at the center include McDonald’s, KFC / Taco Bell and Valvoline Oil.

Amy Foote and Cynthia Shelton of LandQwest represented the seller, Highyon Shopping Center Investment Funds No 107 LP, in the transaction. The buyer was not disclosed.
