Orlando Mixed-Use Plaza Sells for $20.6M
A buyer of a few properties that make up a Winter Park mixed-use project called The Plaza at Hannibal Square can be traced back to Demetree Real Estate Services in Winter Park. The Orlando Business Journal reports a building with apartments and retail was sold along with a neighboring office and retail building for $20.6 million. The seller is an entity related to Orlando-based Owens Realty Services.
Built in 2009, 362 S. Pennsylvania Ave. includes a four-story, 21,536-square-foot building with 14 apartments and retail space, as well as a seven-level parking garage with a pedestrian bridge to 444 W. New England Ave.
The 444 W. New England Ave. property is a three-story, 81,957-square-foot building built in 2007 with office and retail uses.
The properties last sold in September 2014 for $15 million combined.
