Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the $20.3 million sale of Altamonte Commerce Center, an eight-building small-bay industrial park totaling 185,600 square feet in Orlando.
Located at 217-311 Altamonte Commerce Blvd. and 620-658 Douglas Ave., the 13-acre property is currently 96% leased. The property features a mix of loading options, with some buildings offering highly sought-after front and rear loading units. Suite sizes of the portfolio range from 1,000 to 14,800 square feet, providing flexibility for tenants to grow within the portfolio. The seller, SunCap Opportunity Fund LLC, acquired the industrial park in 2019.
Mike Davis, Rick Colon, Rick Brugge, Dominic Montazemi, Jared Bonshire, David Perez, Zachary Eicholtz, Ryan Jenkins, and Jordan Stenholm of Cushman & Wakefield represented SunCap in the sale. The buyer was Longpoint Realty Partners.
