Orlando Industrial Facility Trades for $71M

JLL has brokered the $71.4 million sale of a new 289,839-square-foot, mission-critical industrial facility in the Orlando-area community of Apopka.

Completed in July 2020, the property is fully leased to a global beverage company. The facility is situated on more than 21 acres and is within the 180-acre Mid-Florida Logistics Park. Features of the facility include 10 dry-dock doors with full equipment, 36-foot clear heights, ESFR sprinklers, LED lighting, cold storage space with capacity for 6,200 pallets and five cold dock doors.

John Huguenard, Sean Devaney, Julia Silva, Luis Castillo, Brian Walsh and Keith Largay of JLL represented the seller, BlueScope Properties Group, in the transaction. The buyer was Realty Income Corp.
