Orlando Distribution Center Trades for $52M

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the $51.6 million sale of OCP Logistics Center, a 403,704-square-foot distribution center in Orlando.

Located at 2001 West Oak Ridge Road, the two-building property is nearby the Florida Turnpike and Interstate 4 interchange and the Florida Turnpike and Beachline Expressway interchange. OCP Logistics Center features 32-foot to 36-foot clear heights, ESFR sprinklers, cross dock and front load, ample car parking and trailer parking.

Mike Davis, Rick Brugge, Rick Colon and Dominic Montazemi of Cushman & Wakefield arranged the transaction on behalf of the buyer, KKR. The seller was Lincoln Property Co.
