ORIX USA Relocating to Dallas’ Trammell Crow Center

ORIX Corporation USA is moving its Dallas office from Comerica Bank Tower to the Trammell Crow Center, at 2001 Ross Ave. ORIX USA inked a deal with landlord J.P. Morgan Asset Management to take down 100,000 square feet. The office space is anticipated to be ready in the first half of 2020, with approximately 300 employees making the move.

The 1.1-million-square-foot Trammell Crow Center underwent a $130 million renovation, which focused on adding ground-floor retail space, a tenant lounge, larger gym, new conference center, and updated lobby. Stream Realty Partners handles leasing for the building.

“Our desire was to find an office space that would help position us for growth, promote communication and encourage high engagement and productivity for our employees,” said ORIX USA’s Hideto Nishitani. We believe the Trammell Crow Center meets those needs and will allow us to attract and retain high-quality talent.”
